Exchange and Return Policy


According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer may request the cancellation of his purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, provided that he communicates his wish to our call center within this period.

In the case of cancellation of purchase before shipping the product, the return of values will be full. If the purchase is canceled after the product has been shipped, the shipping costs, return and possible reshipment of the merchandise(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Purchases made with a ticket: current account credit within 14 business days;

Purchases made via credit card: Rotas Brasil will ask the company responsible for the payment method to reverse the amounts with the credit card company.
